Unfortunately can’t comment on the quality of the brownies. As sent these as a gift, and found out that they never arrived. They were delivered to the wrong address.

This was a birthday gift for my one my family members. I am extremely disappointed as not only did they deliver the gift 2 days post the day of deliver/expected date but also the delivery partner made the process of delivery unprofessional, complicated and full of hassles! The purpose of the whole purchase was to deliver the gift as a surprise on the day of the birthday without any hassle; whereas, the experience was unforgettably completely opposite. The delivery didn’t reach on time/expected date, the surprise was spoilt, the person whom I wanted to make feel special ended up waiting on their weekends without having clarity on when the delivery would be made. All in all, the whole process was mentally daunting and ultimately made one feel guilty for approaching such platform for surprising someone with a birthday gift! At one point, I just requested the recipient of the gift to forget about this surprise and forgive me for daunting them as well with the delivery process/nightmare. Would genuinely request you to either improve your service or put reviews like mine on your page so that people don’t go through such horrible experiences. Last but not the least, what is the soul purpose of such platforms if the whole idea of delivering something on a particular day cant be achieved? Isn’t that ironic and completely opposite to the motive of your business?

I’m so sorry I have to give you that I had very high expectations but they were absolutely disgraceful for the amount of money I paid. I was expecting them to be absolutely delicious they were vile. We’ve been to London and we’ve had them before and absolutely lovely but this time round I have to give it zero

This is the first time I’ve ordered from Cutter and Squidge. I ordered a box of brownies for Christmas. Unfortunately we were really disappointed as the brownies were completely dry and I threw them away as they were inedible.

Spent a lot of money for staff Xmas treats brownies biscuits cakes They arrived in a very bad state Poorly made and embarrassing to give and not a great experience Very disappointed Will not use again Have ordered cakes before was always excellent unhappy

Very disappointed! I ordered a Christmas selection box as a gift for my elderly Step Mother. It was due to be delivered on the 22nd December but arrived on the 27th December STALE! I was offered a refund or credit note option which included 10pounds compensation to use on a date of my choosing! (Oh the irony)! I requested a full refund instead - I won’t be back.

Staff to arrange the boxes for our company were helpful initially, but there was no follow up of once payment was received when they would be sent out. Also there was NHS discount but they wouldn't give it... but after going back and forth I feel they gave up? Also the message wasn't screened for having to be within 200 characters so cut off message was sent out on all our boxes!

Cake had too much butter even the macaroons. The spongw was stodgy and cake didn't seem fresh more like stored in a refrigerator for a while. I would not recommend to any family nor friends

The cake had sugar to bite and was too much on the sweeter side, cake was a little too dry and dint not have the flavor of pistacio or passionfruit

Bought by my daughter for apres wedding treat The order arrived incomplete and when it was delivered most of the guests had left I found the cakes dry and certainly not worth the cost

It was too sweet and not as potent in flavour. I enjoy other cake flavours from cutter and squidge but this one didnt do it for me, missing a balance in tartness and sweetness

Hi, I received a gift from yourself earlier this year and the products were delicious, I enjoyed them so much I ordered the recent purchase for my daughters birthday but on opening and tasting they were very dry and tasted of the plastic. Very disappointed I’m afraid

The cake was inedible, it tasted like a sweetened block of butter, absolutely sickening. The whole thing went in the bin. We had to pause the birthday party and go and get a new cake last minute.

Never got to do this. Messed around with vague answers for 2 years about when it might happen. I appreciate that it was covid, but they kept saying it would happen soon and never did. Then once it did open we were never able to book at a suitable time as slots were so limited. Initially told we couldn’t get a refund but finally this was granted. Like the cakes, but the lack of clear answers has really tainted my view of them
