“Ordered 6 boxes and only 1 arrived with no communication as to why. I had to ring and find out what was going on - what I ordered was out of stock but I was not proactively told and full payment was taken. Really poor service”

“Billionaire Easter Eggs. I misunderstood the advert; the product was only half an egg. The contents were not individual chocolate that could be eaten individually but one clumped mass of chocolate. My grandchildren worked hard on theirs egg hunt but were very disappointed with their treasure. I was very disappointed because the eggs had looked sumptuous and unusual. The content was not individual and my grandson disliked the taste. I was.very unimpressed.”

“I bought the billionaire Easter egg after it was highly reviewed in the press. I was hugely disappointed. The eggs on top were hollow despite being marketed as filled. The fudge on top was second rate. The egg filling was the same as a crunchie bar. I feel really ripped off. I bought my son a five pounds Lindt bunny. He got a much better deal”

“I purchased a box of nut free brownies for Mother’s Day for my wife. She’s now in hospital, having had to use her epi-pen and been taken there for further medical intervention and monitoring. It would be good to understand why this is the case.”

“Check the address very carefully. You start by inputting the delivery address to check that postage is an option. Then when you check out via ShopPay, that address is OVERWRITTEN with the default in that account. This is clearly a common issue because Cutter and Squidge email you to double-check that the address is correct. I missed that email, and not only did my mum go without her mothers day gift, but they also refused to accept a return.”

“Purchased a cake in a tin for my parents wedding anniversary. Well presented but my parents reported the cake as very dry. They contacted Cutter and Squidge to feedback but were told that without the order number the feedback couldn't be accepted. That meant they had to tell me of their ddisappointment. Don't understand why C&S couldn't deal with it based on delivery address. Basically parents felt they were fobbed off.”
