“This cake contains palm oil 😢😢😢 only realised after I bought it. Very sad now as palm oil is a devastating ingredient, as the plants that produce it are grown after amazing wildlife forests have been burnt and cleared to make way for them. Countries producing palm oil are encouraged to supply us with this ingredient at great expense to our global natural habitat when we could be using safer alternatives like sunflower oil 😢😢😢😢😢😢😢”

“Cancelled my order the day before delivery and after the cutoff time for any other business to deliver a replacement order the next day. No real apology offered and yet I continue to receive emails asking for reviews as they didn't take the time to remove me from their mailing list after not completing the service.”

“Cutter and Squidge delivered the wrong cake to my house a day before my Partner's 30th birthday. The cake was smaller than the one I had ordered and completely the wrong flavour. Customer Service were unable to deliver a new cake in time for the party, so supposedly issued a refund instead which is not an acceptable alternative. To make matters worse the refund never materialised in the promised 5 - 7 days so I had to follow up, which again is very frustrating. Given this experience I unfortunately cannot recommend Cutter and Squide, and will not be using them again.”

“Ordered 6 boxes and only 1 arrived with no communication as to why. I had to ring and find out what was going on - what I ordered was out of stock but I was not proactively told and full payment was taken. Really poor service”

“Billionaire Easter Eggs. I misunderstood the advert; the product was only half an egg. The contents were not individual chocolate that could be eaten individually but one clumped mass of chocolate. My grandchildren worked hard on theirs egg hunt but were very disappointed with their treasure. I was very disappointed because the eggs had looked sumptuous and unusual. The content was not individual and my grandson disliked the taste. I was.very unimpressed.”
