Absolutely awful. Overpriced and low grade products. £60 plus got an afternoon tea you could spend slightly more and get more at central London eateries in person.

awful customer service. my address had been defaulted back to the payment address so as soon as i saw this i emailed them. they said there is nothing they could do. i would be happy to have had them delivered a day kate than come to me as it was a birthday treat. so upset

I Have to say both my wife and myself were quite disappointed in the mothers day selection box, the textures of all the items were very similar and the taste was very bland, which is not what we were expecting, it was so disappointing we didn’t even finish the contents and chose to throw it away. But the order did arrive quickly

Never received my order. Delivery drivers did not contact the recepient and just marked it as delivered.

I order two weeks in advance birthday brownies, they did not arrive on the date requested. I contacted Cutter and Squidge and the delivery company and got no reply. The next day the delivery company said they had delivered them but my friend did not receive them. Disappointed, no refund and I will not use this company again

Nearly killed my dog! Cost me £190 at the vets thanks to throwing it over the hedge when there was a perfectly good postbox available. Tried to call them to discuss this and they hung up on me twice then refused my calls.

Not great to be honest. Ordered brownies to my wife's office for Valentines Day. Selected morning delivery as she was only going to be out of the office in the afternoon. Received a call before 8am to say no-one as at the office reception. Most offices don't open till 8.30 / 9am so I was surprised that the delivery to an office address was happening so early, particularly on Valentine's Day when surely you do loads of office deliveries so must be familiar with how they usually operate. But anyway, fair enough, it was just one of those things. I can't remember what I agreed with the delivery guy, I couldn't hear him very well, had a screaming toddler with me, and it seemed we didn't have many options. We either agreed to just leave them outside or return them. Anyhow, I called your customer helpline that day or the day after (can't remember) to try and resolve it, gave all the details and was told I would hear back about whether I could get a refund. Never heard a thing. So that's around £25 wasted. Would still appreciate some kind of recompense but for now, won't be using you guys again or recommending

I purchased the Victoria Sponge cake and was extremely disappointed. I was happy to pay a higher price as I thought I’d be paying for the quality. However, the cake I received was dry, dense, and flavourless. I left the cake out of the fridge for half a day in hopes that it would taste better at room temperature but it made no difference. We only ate about 1/4 of the cake as a result. Won’t be buying from cutter and squidge again as not only are they more expensive than their competitors but their product quality is also significantly lower.

My parcel was delivered to the wrong address and never got to the person it was meant for !this property is chandlers cottage not Devonshire house ! Both of them are number 5 ( used to be one house ) but have different names on the fronts of the house !

I am a returning customer having previously been very happy with the cake I ordered. On this occasion, I ordered a really pretty pastel coloured birthday cake but what I received was quite different. The colours were gaudy and the execution was awful too - it looked like a child had had a go. It was nothing like the cake advertised. Images attached for comparison. Incredibly disappointed

Unfortunately can’t comment on the quality of the brownies. As sent these as a gift, and found out that they never arrived. They were delivered to the wrong address.

This was a birthday gift for my one my family members. I am extremely disappointed as not only did they deliver the gift 2 days post the day of deliver/expected date but also the delivery partner made the process of delivery unprofessional, complicated and full of hassles! The purpose of the whole purchase was to deliver the gift as a surprise on the day of the birthday without any hassle; whereas, the experience was unforgettably completely opposite. The delivery didn’t reach on time/expected date, the surprise was spoilt, the person whom I wanted to make feel special ended up waiting on their weekends without having clarity on when the delivery would be made. All in all, the whole process was mentally daunting and ultimately made one feel guilty for approaching such platform for surprising someone with a birthday gift! At one point, I just requested the recipient of the gift to forget about this surprise and forgive me for daunting them as well with the delivery process/nightmare. Would genuinely request you to either improve your service or put reviews like mine on your page so that people don’t go through such horrible experiences. Last but not the least, what is the soul purpose of such platforms if the whole idea of delivering something on a particular day cant be achieved? Isn’t that ironic and completely opposite to the motive of your business?
