the cak elooked good .but was dry , no carame l filling , absolute disaster ,and ruined my occasion as it didnt taste good at all , the icing was super sweet as if just sugar n no flavour . will not buy henceforth , the reviews are misguiding .

Maybe it’s good - but for something as important and eid they send delivery by DPD but don’t follow up to see if you received your perishable goods. My DPD driver delivered the parcel but not to me. He left it at some random place on the street. His photo didn’t include the vicinity of the box just a picture of the box. I had to sit on the phone for hours with DPD being told he did deliver it and if I had an issue contact cutter and squidge. But cutter and squidge didn’t respond to me. And dpd finally admitted that the driver left the box in some random place that wasn’t my address because even his map pin was way off. It got here in the end but it was a lot of stress to receive desserts for an eid party that cost over £100, with zero communication from cutter and squidge. They finally responded. One week after the fact. Just to say repeatedly oh it’s not our problem it’s yours - and then - hilariously - to offer me FREE SHIPPING on my next order 🤣🤣🤣. My advice is if it’s an important occasion don’t order from them. They just don’t care. The desserts are average at best. The customer service is abysmal. They don’t value you they just want to capitalise on your celebrations. Definitely go elsewhere.

The first time I emailed, they responded quickly. However, when I complained again that the replacement was also damaged, I received no acknowledgment.

I would not use them again. Waiting on delivery today told it was going to be delivered . Went into website tracking where it has now been delayed. Had to phone for information. Very very disappointed

Almost messed up the delivery, I paid extra to get it delivered between 1-5pm, and even added it to the notes, and they still somehow messed up. They tried to deliver at 9am on the day when no one was there, had to find an alternative place to get it deliver to.

Didn't even receive our order at all after paying for next day delivery. So disappointed as it was for a good friend who was unwell. Was offered a new delivery but several days too late.

I ordered 12 mini cakes for my son’s birthday. They are bashed and broken with the cooler melted. I have called and emailed and sent photos and I have yet to receive a response. I would be extremely grateful if someone could get back to me regarding this matter asap.

The ordering /delivery process was smooth and efficient. The cake was well packed and arrived as promised. Sadly, the photo on their website of the product I bought is, I feel, misleading. The picture depicts a cake whose middle is oozing with caramel filling when, in fact, this is not the case at all. What you actually get is no more than a standard, plain chocolate cake. This caused me to feel cheated which, in turn, left me with a rather sour taste in my mouth. I bought this cake for my daughter's birthday and having been led to expect a delectable treat, the laclustre product I actually received put rather a dampner on the day's celebrations. Honesty is by far the best policy. Hype leads only to disappointment.

The afternoon tea was extremely bad. The first sent was stale and they sent a replacement which was inedible. Most of the contents must have been cooked weeks before it was sent.
