“I would have given 5 stars for the quality of the cake and the lovely tin and packaging. The cake was really lovely and enjoyed by everyone not just my daughter who is vegan. However, the disappointment that the cake arrived a day later than expected and not on my daughters birthday was not acceptable to me especially based on the cost of delivery. Top marks for everything but reliability. Not sure I would order again for that reason.”

“Really lovely gift, recipient was very happy! Purchased because I thought it would fit through a letterbox however the courier didn’t post it thorough letterbox and recipient had to xollect from depot which did sadly spoil the gift a little.”

“Good service but we found the vegan summer berry cake far too sweet! It’s our second cake and the first one was very nice so we shall use C&S again, just won’t get the vegan summer beery cake.”

“It was a gift so unfortunately I cannot comment on the treats themselves but the customer service was great. I needed to change my delivery slot and emailed C&S, the response was very quick and they were accommodating. Unfortunately it was no delivered within the exact time slot I chose, late by half hour, so bear that in mind if you require exact timing. Getting refund for the extra I paid for that delivery slot was quick and easy though. My only issue is the high delivery cost and to be honest that would out me off future purchases.”

“Cake looked fab and was delivered quickly and on time. I thought there was too much icing in the layers and not enough cake, so wasn’t a big fan but the kids thought it was great.”

“Ordered a birthday cake for my partner for his New Year’s Eve birthday when we had to suddenly isolate and cancel all plans. Was easy to order and was delivered two days later. A beautiful salted caramel cake. Very talk and personalised writing. Would definitely consider ordering from them again.”

“We have had Cutter and Squidge's Afternoon Tea at Home before and really enjoyed it. Unfortunately, this time, the scones were rather dry, despite following the instructions about warming them up in the oven to the letter. However, this won't put us off ordering again because all the other elements (the other cakes, tea, jam and cream) were lovely and the delivery was great. Next time, we'll warm the scones for just a minute to see if it makes a difference!”

“Great cakes and superb service. The biskies and the brownies are ordinary, the passionfruit and pistachio cake was disappointing - the passionfruit overpowered the pistachio (which you can’t taste) The mince pies were amazing - the BEST I’ve ever had and I’m normally not a fan but I couldn’t stop eating these ones. They are so good! The carrot cake and cookie cake were delicious. I can’t comment on the afternoon tea as they were gifts. Overall Cutter Squidge is very impressive. Service has been faultless thus far and I have ordered my birthday cake from here too. I recommend Cutter and Squidge to anyone looking to have delicious cakes delivered to their door.”

“First order, attracted by a favourable review of their mince pies. These were delicious. There was an error with another item in our order which was swiftly rectified. Postage was rather expensive however so although I’d like to order another box of mince pies I probably won’t as they’d work out at over £2 each!”
