We’re really sorry that this experience was disappointing. Unfortunately, promotions which require the customer to select a free item at checkout cannot be retrospectively added once the order has been handed to the courier for delivery. We really did our best to explain this and offer goodwill gestures, though we completely understand these weren’t what you were hoping for.
