“Great service and very yummy according to my mum who the gift was for. I had a couple of queries about a free gift being added to my order and a last minute change of delivery address. The team were great and got it sorted right away for me.”

“I purchased gifts for family in London and those orders were fulfilled without a hitch & very well received. However I was disappointed that my third order was not despatched correctly. When I called to try to resolve the matter it was suggested that I pay for expedited delivery - even though it was Cutter & Squidge who messed up the order! In the end Vela at Customer Service sent out the correct order and I received it the next day at lunchtime, but that was down to good fortune and being lucky in my delivery slot. With regards to the brownies the ingredients are great and they taste good. For the price the size and thickness of the brownie is disappointing. There is as much topping as the brownie, so the ratio is not correct. I really hope they would make it thicker to justify that price and sort of their customer service.”

“My initial order did not arrive which was disappointing. This appears to be the fault of DPD rather than Cutter and Squidge. Cutter and Squidge sent out a replacement which unfortunately missed the original occasion but this wasn't their fault. Appreciate that they sent another order when DPD failed to deliver.”

“The Chocolate & Raspberry Falooda Cake was nice but it felt like a normal choc cake. I didn't get any taste of the falooda flavour much to my disappointment (as a falooda lover). Also the price of this cake is very elevated (guess cos of 'special' flavour) but i wouldn't pay this again given its pretty much a normal choc cake.”
