We’re really sorry that this experience was disappointing. Unfortunately, promotions which require the customer to select a free item at checkout cannot be retrospectively added once the order has been handed to the courier for delivery. “All the food items were absolutely delicious. I personally would have preferred more food items and fewer of the non-food items, bur very happy with everything I got. The basket is really small and adorable!”
