“Akthough the brownies were delicious, the delivery service used was unreliable. The box was delivered 24 hours after the date specified in the order. For a birthday present, this delay was unacceptable. Moreover, no text meesage was sent to indicate that the package was actually delivered. We only received a text message with the delivery time slot, but in the end the package was left with a nearby shop, without any notification.”
