“First class service. Delivery on time and on the day requested as I pre ordered gem. The cakes never disappoint, this is the 3rd time I have used cutters and sqidge and have recommended to others. There's proper attention to detail from the box the cakes are delivered in to the quality of the food. Super happy with all my purchases.”

“I love ordering last minute treats and gifts from C&S, everything always arrives in time and is such high quality! Whilst I can’t indulge in any of the goods myself (allergies suck), everyone I’ve ever bought some for have loved them! C&S will always remain my go-to for sweet gifts! 🎁”

“Unfortunately dpd delivered iThe Christmas Tea gift on the driveway at side porch door, instead of Front door. It Could not be found..?. Re ordered Afternoon Tea treat, which was delivered to front door. It was shared with family, everyone was delighted as it taste delicious 😋 The vegan treats are a great treat also.”

“Awful service. Didn't let me know the cake was going to be delayed, I had to chase, and by the time I hunted down it wasnt arriving it was too late to organise a replacement. Avoid at all costs”

“This cake may be small in diameter but it is TALL. Loads of exceptionally rich creamy ganache and fabulous chunks of chocolate inside and out. It was absolutely delicious and kept fresh for several days. Superb. The packaging was outstanding too..”

“Quality of food was alright but I think there are a couple of things they need to improve on: - They did not send the bottle of Prosecco which I paid for - They did not provide ice packs with either hamper despite saying they would - There were no clear instructions included with the package to say what was to be refrigerated upon arrival unless you opened the box which I didn’t want to do since it was a gift; and even then, the instructions were a bit vague and not specific on what foods needed to be refrigerated. Unfortunately, only the brownies were impressive.”

“The customer service was very helpful and responded to my queries, kept their word on getting back to me and on replacement delivery dates and times. They were apologetic and ensured that I received replacement goods before Christmas. I don't feel they could have done anymore in the circumstances.”
