“This order was for my daughter’s boyfriend’s birthday. It was his first birthday not at home as he had just started uni. We paid for the morning delivery on the day of his birthday and unfortunately they did not arrive, a DHL delay. The surprise was spoiled. Similar thing happened to me October 2024 where I had ordered a birthday cake for my daughters party. Again it arrived 24 hours late. I had to go out and buy a Colin the Caterpillar. Cutter & Squidge customer service was excellent with there actually being a person you could call and talk to, very rare these days. So although C&S make excellent products there delivery provider lets them down. I am doubtful I would order for a special occasion from them again.”

“Googled them online as I wanted next day delivery and whilst it looked like they were expensive product it was definitely worth it. The quality of the packaging to the excellent quality, taste and texture of the food plus they were delivered by lunchtime the following day made it worth it. A proper treat....definitely use Cutter and Squidge again”
