“The box arrived in good condition. The cakes and scones were good however the clotted cream was not good. It was not Roddas which has been used in the past and the replacement was of a lesser quality and less of it!. The clotted cream would have benefitted from being placed in a small cool bag to ensure quality was maintained. All was to the usual standard apart from the clotted cream.”

Hi Lorna, Thanks for your feedback. We’re so sorry to hear that the clotted cream didn’t meet expectations. We use an ambient clotted cream in our Afternoon Tea sets to ensure it stays safe and stable during delivery. Once it arrives, we recommend popping it in the fridge to chill before serving — this is also noted on the label. “SO impressed with speed of delivery. I ordered on SUNDAY 7th and they arrIved Monday 8th!!!! For a friend who had lost her Mum, so not going to ask how they were. I have ordered and received their brownies before. They were all delicious.,😋. Wonderful company. Keep doing what you are doing 😊”

“Excellent customer service who are reliable and prompt in handling queries. I forgot to order the disc after submitting my order and I sent a email and received a response a few minutes later. The issue was resolved quickly and professionally. And the delivery service is always so reliable with excellent packaging...so your cake will arrive looking perfect. I absolutely love this place. I have been meaning to visit the shop in London and hope I will be able to do so before the year ends to try it out too.”

“A light, passionfruit-soaked sponge with pistachio buttercream and passionfruit curd. As ever, the flavours were spot on and the cake just the right level of sweetness (and it looked spectacular, too!). What a treat!”
