I received a follow up email to confirm my actual choice of flavour for my order and to check if there were to be any further additions. “The cookies are excellent. I have received and sent these numerous times. The only trouble was I chose to have them delivered via Royal Mail tracked. It took six days to arrive and I was worried they would be past their best but the recipient said they were fine. I shall use next day delivery in future.”
