“Didn't even receive our order at all after paying for next day delivery. So disappointed as it was for a good friend who was unwell. Was offered a new delivery but several days too late.”

Hi there, We’re truly sorry it didn’t go to plan — especially as the gift was for someone unwell. We know how important these gestures can be. According to the DPD tracking, the original order was delivered successfully, but we completely understand that things can happen around deliveries. That’s why we did the best we could to make things right by sending a replacement straight away. We really hope it helped in some small way, even if the timing wasn’t quite what you’d hoped for. “Delivery on time. Nice products and well packaged. Did not appreciate the delivery driver leaving my items on the doorstep and leaving. If I hadn't heard the door, I wouldn't have known they were there, and left in the full sun.”
