“Items did not turn up on recipient's 16th birthday. Only response was that they would send out another box even though it was by then too late for the birthday. Would have been nice if the company had offered one or two extra brownies for the recipient as a goodwill gesture / apology, but Cutter & Squidge weren't interested in that. Then had to chase them for a response to find out if they had resent the brownies as I didn't get any notification of this. Not a good experience and I will definitely shop elsewhere in future.”

“Delivery was appalling, left outside my building anyone could have stepped on or taken it. Lucky it didn't rain. Cake was dry and the passionfruit overpowered the pistachio so was more sour than anything. Such a shame as my expectations were high, will not be ordering from here again.”

“This was ordered for my son"s birthday at uni. He reported that it was absolutely delicious and had very quickly been eaten and enjoyed by flatmates and friends. Delivery was good, and the cake arrived in perfect condition Customer services were excellent with a minor delivery issue which was much appreciated given that I am miles away and it was a Sunday delivery. 10/10. I would definitely order again”

“I often order from Cutter and Squidge - I love the range of high quality and delicious gifts, their service is dependable and their delivery times are a life saver! I am quite forgetful and I end up placing an order the day before!!
