My daughter requested a Tiramisu cake for her birthday, and after much searching I found this company made them and could deliver when I needed it. The cake arrived on time and well preserved in a sturdy box with an ice pack and lots of protection. The smell was glorious. It was easily the best cake any of us have ever eaten! Amazing flavour, not remotely dry and it looked beautiful. My daughter was over the moon and the whole thing was inhaled that day, down to the last crumb. It isn't the cheapest of cakes, but when you take into account delivery, top notch service and the joy of the cake itself, it's worth every penny.

Great cakes and great service! I am from Canada and needed to send a Vegan birthday cake to a close childhood friend’s 60th birthday! The entire process, from ordering online, checkout, and the delivery tracking went very smooth. So much so, the delivery driver even called me(in Canada) to confirm the address and that he was almost there! It was a relief knowing my friend received her two cakes on time for her birthday party and she was very happy! Thank you!

Great delivery and updates, beautiful presentation and packaging, amazing cakes and nice variety of flavours. Would 100% recommend the Passionfruit and Pistachio Cake, Victoria Strawberry Sponge Cake and Raspberry and Elderflower Cake!!! 10/10

Delivery driver sent it to the wrong address i nearly had a heart attack 😳 I then called customer service and a lovely lady helped me track the parcel. Birthday surprise did not go to disaster. Unfortunately the cake had a odd taste i cant explain what it was but left a odd taste. Not sure if the rose petals were edible 🤔

I can’t comment on the order items directly as they were a gift (but we did try the vegan brownies and they were delightful as a non-vegan!!) The gift recipient was very pleased with the variety of vegan treats they received. The one thing I would like to praise is the customer service. There was an issue with the delivery with the tracking showing the order had been incorrectly refused (courier issue not a sender issue) so the goods were being returned to sender. I called and informed them this was a mistake, and they immediately issued a new order to be delivered the next day - which thankfully did arrive! They weee very helpful and I was very impressed with their customer service. So thank you!!

Thank you for delivering the hamper on 19th October. It was for my brother's birthday. The entire family enjoyed the treats. I always turn to Cutter and Squidge for these occasions. I appreciate especially all the different dietary requirements you take care of such as halal and non-alcoholic ingredients. Thank you for the inclusive and timely service you provide.

My brownies were somehow not sent out. This happens, and would not have been not a big deal; however, when I emailed asking where they were and explaining that I’d checked the tracking and they were well beyond a reasonable postage delay, I got a vapid GenAI response that did not address any of my points (because it can’t, because it doesn’t _understand_ anything), told me incorrect information, and left me - frankly - fuming. I had to then phone up to speak to a human to get the brownies re-sent, which they finally were. The fact you used a garbage GenAI system to provide customer “service” wasted my time, was a moral injury to me, and is a red flag for using your company again.
