“Lovely cake , amazing customer service as well . Emma was very helpful . But I advice ordering a day in advance ( for delivery date ) as there could be a bit of delay in the delivery”

“Excellent customer service, when our first cake got slightly damaged in transit they arranged a re delivery immediately in time for my baby shower the next day, very responsive and checking in that everything was okay.”

“I made a large cake/brownies order from Cutter and Squidge for an office retirement party. The cakes not only looked amazing, but the taste was out of this world! I've never had so many compliments on choice of cakes and have passed along my recommendation to many others. I know of at least two other orders on the horizon and suspect there will be a great deal more. I simply cannot recommend them enough! :)”

“Ordered a cake for my daughter’s birthday and placed a wrong delivery date by accident. After contacting Cutter & Squidge customer service team, I received an excellent assistance from Miche, who sorted the delivery date for me. The quality of the cake was very good and it arrived in immaculate condition, despite the heatwave on the delivery date. Will be ordering again soon.”

“I didn't receive my treats and so I am unable to review them. In fact, I found customer service to not be very helpful on the two occasions I have contacted them. I am still waiting to hear what is happening regarding the resolution of my order from a few weeks ago and it has put me off from ordering again.”
