“Never got to do this. Messed around with vague answers for 2 years about when it might happen. I appreciate that it was covid, but they kept saying it would happen soon and never did. Then once it did open we were never able to book at a suitable time as slots were so limited. Initially told we couldn’t get a refund but finally this was granted. Like the cakes, but the lack of clear answers has really tainted my view of them”

“Cake was delicious - but a shame that none of the white chocolate balls were filled with lemon as described in the blurb. An error I assume. Also was sent rose gold candles despite ordering gold, with no message of explanation so must assume an error. So a bit lacking on the attention to detail.”

“I bought this for my sons birthday and was lucky enough to share a couple of the cakes. They were delicious and fresh. I booked them to be delivered on my sons birthday and they were delivered on the morning of the correct day. The only negative I have is that they were quite small cakes for the price which, after you’ve eaten one, left you wanting more 😂. However, they tasted that good I will be ordering again. Much better than a plain old birthday card.”

“It was yummy but not the best cake I’ve had, the blueberry flavour wasn’t strong enough in my opinion. Though very good for a healthier alternative. Purchase was easy and delivery was on time. Overall good experience.”

“The cake from Cutter & Squidge was divine and my family loved it. The ordering and delivery process was easy. However ,I did struggle to get guidance from the customer services team. I had a dilemma in needing to get the cake delivered for a specific time and when I went through the options with the customer services rep, I was told if the times aren't suitable then maybe I should look to order my cake from a different place! I'm glad I stuck with C&S in the end :)”

“Bought as a birthday gift for a friend and we couldn't wait to get booked in. We did have a bit of trouble booking but that was our user error and the person we spoke to (I'm sorry, I can't remember your name!!) was super helpful and sorted us out super quick. We had so much fun, even turned up with our own cloaks and wands, the room was perfectly decorated, the food was amazing, we also went for the cocktail each (both delicious!) and gift bag option which was definitely worth it. We both still talk about one of the sandwiches in the afternoon tea and still order the afternoon tea to share with people at home. I keep buying gift vouchers and suggesting it to people when they're going to London too.”

“Ordered a 60th birthday cake last minute for my sister on a Saturday and it was delivered the Wednesday. My sister’s birthday was on the Thursday and we actually didn’t eat any until Friday. It was a beautiful design, delicious and moist. My sister was so happy and surprised when she received it and I was very relieved such a lovely cake could be made so quickly. My delivery was delayed about an hour but I had ordered for delivery the day before so wasn’t too worried and when I rang the company they were able to tell me roughly where the driver was and when it might arrive. I would definitely order from here again. Lovely cake.”
