“They had just the bulb I needed and it worked perfectly for my landscape light replacement. Minor issue with delay in shipment but after a quick email they immediately responded and had the item to me within days. Very good customer service and follow-up. “I will say I had a few issues with shipping. First all my order was not shipped. Then when the remainder came, it was incorrect. I have been in a retail environment the early parts of my career. I understand things happen, especially things that are sometimes out of your control. What is under your control, however, is how you handle the problem with the customer. And I will say that Matt @ Dlaguna did take care of us as quickly as he was able. Very helpful, very professional. So for that they will get a 4 star! Thanks Matt!”
