“Shocking customer service and poor quality products
Shocking customer service, item was purchased just before Christmas for a January birthday, on putting this together every piece had damage or had cheaply done paintwork. I emailed the company to raise this and was told it was too late, it was a day passed the 30 days even when I pointed out this was faulty and damaged they would not do anything, no part refund or exchange offered. Very poor quality products and even poorer customer service.”

www Daals.co.uk who trade under the name of Energile.Ltd is an absolute scam company!, ordered a pre-order gaming chair for my 10 year olds Christmas present, when delivery date came to pass I contacted them to query its whereabouts, no replies at all for nearly a week, i opened a Paypal Case to monitor the situation and lo and behold i get an email from them saying: "𝑰𝒏 𝒗𝒊𝒆𝒘 𝒐𝒇 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑷𝒂𝒚𝑷𝒂𝒍 𝒅𝒊𝒔𝒑𝒖𝒕𝒆 𝒘𝒆 𝒉𝒂𝒗𝒆 𝒏𝒐𝒘 𝒊𝒏𝒔𝒕𝒓𝒖𝒄𝒕𝒆𝒅 𝑫𝑷𝑫 𝒕𝒐 𝒓𝒆𝒕𝒖𝒓𝒏 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒈𝒐𝒐𝒅𝒔 𝒐𝒏𝒄𝒆 𝒑𝒓𝒐𝒄𝒆𝒔𝒔𝒆𝒅 𝒊𝒏𝒕𝒐 𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒊𝒓 𝒏𝒆𝒕𝒘𝒐𝒓𝒌 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒊𝒔𝒔𝒖𝒆𝒅 𝒂 𝒇𝒖𝒍𝒍 𝒐𝒓𝒅𝒆𝒓 𝒓𝒆𝒇𝒖𝒏𝒅 𝒕𝒐 𝒚𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒐𝒓𝒊𝒈𝒊𝒏𝒂𝒍 𝒎𝒆𝒕𝒉𝒐𝒅 𝒐𝒇 𝒑𝒂𝒚𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕." they tried to punish me for their miscommunication which is a disgusting practice!, they quite obviously had not sent it as if they did they would be able to close the Paypal case with the tracking info, communication is terrible!, Ethics are terrible!, Company is terrible!

“Stay away! I've ordered a desk and after a week i havent received any communication about it. Not even a dispatch note, nothing. Huge silence from them. I've co tacted their customer service (as the phone number provided is not working) via a Web form. They got back to me with an answer that its a general automated message saying that order will ve expected within 3-5 working days AFTER its been dispatched. So nothing about MY order just a general b..s.hit. I've sent a second query and got the same automated message. So I'm waiting and hoping that I'll get my order or my money back. Would not recommend them!!!”
“Apparently my refund was processed o 29 July and would take 3-5 working days, its now 10 working days and I have every excuse in the book why I haven't had it yet. A shame as when I was making purchase enquiries you were a lovely company to deal with. We know where your priorities lie. Who knows what I may have gone on to buy in the future had you been decent?”
“Never come across a company with as poor customer service as this. Imagine as a customer being made to feel like you are in the wrong, due to a manufacturing fault on their side. My suggestion: Don't buy this chair, and certainly don't buy from this seller. It's cheap, becuase you get a cheap product with even cheaper customer service. AWFUL.”
“Absolutely terrible customer service. I placed an order over 2 weeks ago. Had a phone call a week after ordering with a delivery date. The driver called me to check my address, he then told me I'm too far away and won't be able to delivery today! Since then I've sent about 20 emails to customer service with no resolution at all! I've never dealt with a company like it, spent over £500 here and don't seem to care about their customers, there is only so long you can use COVID as an excuse. Website states 48 hours to get back to emails, if only this were true! And no phone number either. Now I have the fight on my hands to get my money back. Really unhappy, please avoid people, absolute joke.”
“So seemingly staying 5 miles from Glasgow city centre and 1 mile from Glasgow International Airport is too remote for them. They cancelled our order. This it terrible service for an online retailer. And this after saying online 'free UK delivery' which turned into £16 as we're clearly not in the UK. Then after accepting the order they cancel it the next day as Glasgow is too difficult to find. I'm sure they'll blame their couriers when they could easily choose another like every other decent UK based company does.”
