“Brought a gazebo from here which came with faulty parts/no paperwork or instructions. Replacement parts that were sent had rust all over them. The whole thing fell apart and customer service took no responsibility. They said it was a complex issue because of the price (I.e. too expensive to take responsibility for).
They blamed me as apparently I was told to not leave it out in the wind (was that written on the paperwork you didn't send me?).
Worst service I've ever received from any company and £300+ wasted. Would never recommend even to my worst enemy. Offered a pathetic 20% refund despite all the rusty faulty parts.”
“I bought a dining room table and chairs and the chairs would not assemble properly as holes not in correct position. I have sent photos and they have agreed to uplift and full refund. It's been 4 weeks and I still do not have an uplift date despite chasing them 2 or 3 times weekly. Don't use this company their product and customer service is awful/disgusting/terrible.”

“Daals have to be the most monumental waste of time I have ever experienced. They show zero respect, regard and care for customers. I ordered an item and was told it would arrive in 5-7 days. Over 6 weeks later it still hadn't arrived. In fact, twice they tried to deliver it but the items was not on the van. I was then told it was out of stock and instead they wished to give me another product instead - why would I want that?
They tried to arrange a delivery with me twice, but called with less than 24 hours notice before the delivery, which is not enough time to rearrange work shifts to be at home. Apparently there is no options to book more than 24 hours in advance. To this information I provided several days and times of when I was available yet they once again arranged a delivery for when I was not at home.
Requesting a refund and cancelling my order also was not an easy process. I had to call up and speak to 3 different people. I requested to speak to a manager twice and they never called me.
I would NEVER recommend this incompetent company. Order from places like Made or Wayfair. They delivered earlier than the days they estimated, gave more than 24 hours in advance to arrange a delivery, and gave options for days and times.
Daals are truly abysmal and are not worth dealing with. They caused so much more unnecessary stress and have been so appalling with their lack of care. Avoid them like the plague!!!!!!”
“Ordered a table 1st Oct which was delivered on 6th. Table was defective as base did not fit top, I was sent two different table parts. After numerous phone calls as well as emails, it took 16 days for DAals to decide they didn’t have the correct table part to send me so offered a partial discount for a table I couldn’t use! It then took a further 2 weeks for them to arrange collection. This was collected on 2nd Nov and I FINALLY got my refund on 5th December. Worst company I have ever dealt with!! Avoid at all costs!!”
“Bought chairs which were damaged then they offered a refund of 15% which i refused. They asked me to put WD40 on brand new chairs! Bad customer service and even worse products. Managers don't even respond to complaints. Now refusing to deal as been over 30 days. Avoid at all costs.”
“So disappointed by this company. Ordered a sofa, they sent me the wrong one. From that point onwards it's been an absolute nightmare trying to resolve the issue. No response to emails. The phone operators are not helpful in moving things forward. Have been left stuck, storing a sofa with no guarantee on time frame for when an exchange can happen. No accountability for the fact that it was their error, no motivation to rectify things quickly. After waiting for ages, requested a refund instead of an exchange as had lost faith in the company and product - apparently the process needs to start over to secure a refund! Please don't think of using this company if you value your sanity :)”
“Would give 0 stars if I could . Worst company I have dealt with and appalling lack of customer service . Placed order after confirming first item was in stock and delivery would be with 7 days . After 3 no show/cancelled delivery dates, one of which I spent all day waiting in for the others I had rearranged my day to be home , I cancelled my order . This was a week ago and despite emailing them every day regarding my refund they have completely ignored me and continue to try and deliver my cancelled item . I have now contacted my credit card company to issue a chargeback . I would never order from this company again . Please read the reviews before placing an order , I only wish I had !”
“Purchased a office chair from and after putting it together I noticed the threading or sewing was already lose or coming apart. Since this is my work chair I needed to make sure it would be the best.
So I asked for a return, I was adviced to take pictures and sent a email to them. I sent the email and they first offered me 10% if I kept the chair.
I declined and requested a refund. The next hoop they wanted me to jump in was to take pictures of the item repackaged.
Which I did and sent across, I called them and they agreed the return. They said I would get a email with collection details. 3 days pass and no email, I chase over the telephone, the person then tells me they have no records of me calling or a return and then offered 10% off if I keep the item(again!). I declined and said I would like a return. She spoke to her manager and said this wasn't a defect and I can't return it. Eventually after further discussion she agreed to return but essentially threatened me with a inspection and charges if no fault are found, even though they are clearly pictured. I am still waiting for a collection date.
In short don't buy from theses cowboys and I will take this all the way to bank if I need to get refund.”
“Worst experience EVER. Sent me a chair without a single part to put it together and no manual. They THREE weeks later sent me the wrong parts. THREE weeks later they say they don't have the parts and I need to RETURN the item to them. I'm disabled so I can't and have had to put in a chargeback request after many months of PAIN I soon hope to get my money back for the broken, awful monstrosity that is in my garden taking up space. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! Scam artists through and through.”

“I have never received such bad customer service before. Our garden set arrived on 3 June. One chair had incorrect holes fitted, which meant the chair couldn't be put together. It's now 21 July, and we still do not have a chair we can out together, yet we paid the prize of a full garden set. In between 3 June and 21 July we must have sent 20 emails and made numerous calls. Both are hardly answered, which is nothing short of plainly rude. Apparently three replacement chairs were sent to us, but DHL lost all of them (why Daals would use them if they lose so many items is beyond me). Then finally last week we received a replacement chair and swapped it for the faulty one, including the cushions (as I was told to include the cushions). Upon opening the box, there were no bolts to put the chair together and nu cushions. This is now a week ago and again we have received NO responses to our many emails, even those with the subject line of 'please respond to our email' Outrageous customer service. Steer away from this company.”
“Awful company! Do not order from these people! Ordered on 21st June turned up a few days later,order wasn’t on the van! Then was out for delivery again on the 8th July never came as driver ran out of time! Never heard anything so ridiculous! Kept ringing for updates took ages to get through to anyone! 3 people said they’d ring me back,no one did! Then was told it would be delivered on the 16th,surprise surprise it never arrived! Called them again to be told it was the 17th but then 5 minutes later was told it was out of stock and wouldn’t be back in stock for 8 weeks! Cancelled my order to have a call later that afternoon to say it would be delivered on Monday! Erm no Iv cancelled my order this morning and where have you magicked a bed up from that’s not in stock and won’t be for 8 weeks??? Then the poor delivery driver turns up today (19th) to be turned away as Iv cancelled! No communication what so ever! Iv never known such a shambles of a company! Sort it out DaAl’s!”
“I would give this company 0 stars if I could. The delivery system is stressful and awful and I think you should absolutely avoid ordering from them - there are many similar companies out there who you could pick from - please do. When they give you a 3 hour window for delivery, that means nothing. My driver showed up 3 hours earlier than he was supposed to (very early in the morning), attempted to deliver and then marked it down as my fault that I missed the delivery. What kind of horrible service is that? The customer service agent tells you very little about why your delivery wasn't done correctly, saying it would be unfair to ask the driver to come back the same day as then he'd have a really long day... but isn't it unfair to expect your customers to re-arrange THEIR entire day and be without the furniture they paid for? I've been told delivery will take an entire week. But the same shambles could happen all over again. The managers refuse to talk to customers on the phone, which is a massive red flag. There was not even a shred of remorse in the customer service agent's voice - just a "meh, whatever" attitude. It felt very infuriating. I have no faith in my piece ever being delivered at this point - maybe they will decide to show up at 4 am next time? Who knows. I will likely ask for a chargeback instead. Please do yourself a big favour and avoid them at all costs.”
“Terrible customer service and communication. Ordered an item to wait 10 working days with nothing arriving. I contacted them, couldn’t help me, didn’t know why it hadn’t arrived. Then get an email an hour later, telling me they’ve cancelled my order as they don’t deliver to my area, even though their website allowed it and even charged me a rural delivery fee. Fine you don’t deliver here but why does it take you two weeks to realise that? Why did you not email me the next day and refund me? Rubbish company. Avoid.”

I will be escalating this case to small claims court to protect my consumer rights. This is not right for a company to take advantage of consumer.”
