“I have been searching for navy boots for ages and these fit the bill in every respect , comfortable, gorgeous soft leather, stunning. Plus a bargain in the sale!! These are the second pair of boots I have bought from Daniel Footwear and they are coincidentally the 2 pairs of boots I have been complimented on. Prompt delivery and great communication from Daniel Footwear, I think they will be my first port if call the next time I am looking for boots. Thank you!”

“Item did not arrive. Tracking code sent to me was not recognised by the courier system so unable to ascertain the whereabouts of the package. One enquiring by phone I was told the item had never been despatched. By that time it was too late to risk delivery of a replacement by Christmas. Order cancelled and had to find a last minute replacement The only bright spot was very prompt refund of my payment.”

“I ordered some grey ugg boots in the sale on Xmas day . A week later I hadn't heard anything about my order so I called them . Only to be told they didn't have any that were not faulty . They were supposed to call me back the same day but did not . The next day I called back and they said they still hadnt found any and probably would not be getting any more . I had no choice but to get a refund . Appalling customer service and I will never use this company again .”

“Always an excellent website. Good marketing with enticing texts and emails then a professional and high standard of service with speedy delivery. Purchased navy UGGS and this website gave the cheapest sale price. Shouldn't have looked elsewhere first but pleased that Daniel Footwear got my custom in the end.”
