“Web site easy to negotiate, delivery quick and speedy. I have now purchased two pairs of boots from Daniel Footwear and find the quality, fit and style excellent. I ordered my normal size 4 and they fitted perfectly. I would not hesitate to order further footwear from this company.”

“Apart from the fact that my parcel arrived on a different date to the one quoted (so I had to make a trip to the Post Office two days later) this was a good experience. My bag was also bigger than I expected. So earlier, bigger and at a discount what's not to like?”

“Fast , efficient purchase. Happy to be given 10% discount as new customer as footwear was expensive. Fast delivery but only negative point was that I did nt get an email re: delivery date as advised, they just turned up by surprise & luckily I was home.”

“Very quick delivery Fab boots and fit Noticed today though after wearing for fist time there is a fault where leather attaches to the sole, hoping this doesn't come apart as I've thrown all packaging away”

“After a misunderstanding of the Sale price which is unusual the customer service team were excellent and were able to give me a discount! The gentleman Who dealt with my sale and enquiry was excellent! Polite, efficient and I received my purchase very quickly! I would always recommend Daniel Footwear.”

“After receiving confirmation that the shoes would arrive on Monday 4th my partner arranged to take a days annual leave to accept delivery. Following that I received a tex on the morning giving a time slot of between 10.53 & 11.53 On returning from work that evening I was very disappointed to say the least to find that although the paperwork stated a size 8 the box was clearly labelled as a size 43 (size 9) I am now in the process of having to return the shoes before the correct pair can be dispatched !!!”

“Ordered UGG boots in the sale. Good service and speedy delivery. Unfortunately had to return the boots as they were too big. To my surprise, NO FREE RETURN ON SALE ITEMS!. My fault for not reading the small print. Had to pay £12 postage to return the boots. Would never buy from this shop again on the basis that they do not offer free returns on sale items, as I could order the boots directly from the company at their full price if necessary.”

“I got my bag as Christmas present from my fiance I love it, really nice soft leather. I have ordered from Daniel before and I did leave a review about my last bag not coming in a box which meant the bag was a bit crushed on arrival (obviously the couriers dont know what is inside) but have to say this bag was all boxed so i was really pleased this time plus prompt delivery considering it was only ordered a week before Christmas, it arrived 3 days before Christmas”

“well where do I start...purchased a pair of ugg boots the first pair had tiny nicks in the nubuck so I sent them back...the second pair had glue marks on the nubuck so sent them back with a letter and follow up email of dissatisfaction...and the 3rd pair were the first pair I sent back...total incompetence lack of communication and very slow ...so I asked for a refund...”

“good service from start to finish - kept informed of progress of the order from the begining and arrrived within two days - however, if spending over £60.I would be looking for some sort of posstage reduction instead of £3.99 But overall excellent and would use again”
