“Bad experience overall. Went from bad to worse. Was sent to wrong pair of boots. Poor communication. Waited 10 days in the end after I paid for 48 delivery (of which I had to ask to be refunded for, it wasn't offered). Replacement pair turned up on different allocated day than told. Not informed of the change. No text or email confirmation of delivery slot was sent. UK Mail driver very rude. He left the boots reluctantly with an elderly neighbour (as I was out) & upset her being so rude. She was clearly doing me s favour. Boots unsuitable in the end. Hopefully the refund process will be a lot smoother. Will NOT be using your company again after this.”

“Speedy delivery, item as expected however packaging I didn't find acceptable it was in a plastic envelope and was posted through my letter box, I would have expected it boxed when sent lucky enough it wasn't damaged in transit.”

“Bought Scarlett Uggs here - cheapest place online and staff in store (York) were very friendly and helpful. LOVE LOVE LOVE the boots - look amazing and a goos comfy fit (as expected from UGG)”

“The boots arrived very quickly and were exactly as seen on the website. The leather was soft and inside was really comfortably padded. The link to the site was given to me by my sister who has also used the supplier several times before and I would definitely use them again.”

“Very good service. The shoes arrived promptly, well protected. They were unfortunately too big, but it was very easy to send the back and the refund was very fast. Overall very good experience which will make me buy more from this website. Thanks again”

“I ordered a pair of Fly London Seti boots in tan (camel), however, they were quite different in colour when I opened the box and the lighter one had lots of marks on them and the leather was softer as if it had been used for trying on. I would like to say that when I rang the customer services number the lady I spoke to was absolutely brilliant. She was very apologetic and talked me through the returns process and has ordered me another pair to replace them. Because of this I would shop here again. Thanks”

“Ordering process was easy and the goods were exactly as they appeared on the website. However there were issues surrounding delivery. The Customer Services team were excellent in resolving the issues - they were pleasant, very professional and keen to help and a real credit to the brand. It is a shame that the courier service let down the whole Daniel Footwear experience. It took 3 days longer than expected and the courier threw the unattended package (without a signature) over my garden wall! This is the only aspect of the service I had any concerns about.”

“I noticed a pair of these shoes in my local store in Drogheda Ireland, but unfortunately they did not have my size. I was so impressed by the workmanship and the smooth feel of the leather, I went on the net to try and source a pair. I saw them for sale at Daniels and with a reasonable carriage fee, so I bought them. They arrived timely and I have to say they are very comfortable so far. I tend to be 'hard' on shoes as I do a lot of walking and I find some linings to be very uncomfortable after only a short time. This does not seem to be a problem with the leather lining in these shoes. Time will tell of course, but so far I am 100% happy with my purchase.”

“After deciding to purchase the Sorel Caribou boots from Daniel Footwear I was not disappointed. They were delivered quickly, and fit and look amazing on. Just need the cold weather now to wear them. Would definitely buy from them again.”
