“Delivery service poor item left outside to get soaking wet in the middle of a driveway. Pleased with the item but customer service a joke was offered 10% discount on future purchases which was available to all anyway! So basically offered nothing considering the sorry state in which my package arrived.”

“Absolutely disgusted with service received.. Ordered online UGG dandelion 2 in size 4 for a special Christmas gift.. What arrived was a size 5. Embarrassingly my partner could not hide her disappointment on Christmas Day.. On Boxing Day I went into the local store at Hyndland to see about exchanging the size to an EU36. And was advised that there was 3 pairs showing but one pair was damaged and another was put aside for staff member (surely customers should take priority..!). Overall my experience with Daniel couldn't have been any more disastrous.. Completely ruined Christmas Day..”

“Excellent service. I ordered boots for Christmas leaving it really late and they was still here 12 hrs later. I had also spoke to someone in the phone re sizing for uggs and they were very helpful aswel. Brilliant service and I will definately be ordering from you again????”

“I ordered ugg boots and they are brilliant. Excellent service all round. I paid extra for delivery within two days but unfortunately goods delivered a day late and Daniel Footwear refunded the postage money without me asking! Will definitely purchase from Daniel Footwear again.”

“I purchased a Michael Kors bag in the sale which was beautiful but it came in the post badly wrapped just in a paper bag & a bin liner, the bag had a few scuffs on which I got off but it shouldnt have happened. Fast delivery.”
