“Great service with good customer relations and a promptly delivered order. Boots were lovely but sadly did not fit! Shame have to pay to return which is off putting ....there again, could have spent a whole day trawling the High Streets with much higher cost of petrol and parking and similarly ended with nothing, so will be looking again.”

“You emailed me to say my bag had been despatched on 16 December but I haven't received it yet, when I rang the mail uk the tracking number was for someone else in a different part of the country so I'm still waiting ......”

“Ordered boots described as knee boots . They were in fact over the knee . Would not have purchased had this been clear on the website . Have returned boots unfortunately at my expense as had to pay substantial postage !”

“This is the first time I have ordered from Daniels. My order came within a couple of days. Was worried about return but it was very easy I just took it into my local branch as I didn't want to pay for postage and was credited with the amount after a week. Good and efficient service would be excellent if all orders were with free delivery and returns.”

“Placed order in time for Christmas. Few days later received an email to say the item was out of stock so order was cancelled. Surely it is possible to know if the item is in stock before accepting the order. Frustrating! Email advising me the order was cancelled should also have told me when the item would be back in stock. This was my first order with Daniel footwear and I now have only the impression that customer service and realibility is poor.”

“Generally a seamless service for ordering, it's always a risk with the sizing of footwear, the boots are a very good fit.( they are a 38 and I'm normally a 38.5 or 39) The only issue I had really was with a lack of information and communication from the delivery service, which meant quite a bit of chasing up to arrange collection of the item. The boots are very comfortable and a gorgeous colour, I'm enjoying wearing them already, thankyou”
