“Really pleased with my boots. I had been looking at them for a while and so when they were reduced in the sale I just had to buy them. They arrived the day after I ordered them. I have purchased many items from Daniel and always been extremely satisfied.”

“Delivery was fast boots are great. The only problem is it was the last pair and the left boot was the one used for trying on so it was much bigger than the right boot. Had I have known this I probably would of ordered from somewhere else.”

“I ordered a pair of boots for a Christmas present and 3 days after I'd done the order it was cancelled and I was refunded because you had run out of stock!very disappointed as they were obviously in stock when I ordered them. Amanda”

“I bought a much wanted Christmas present to be told almost a week later this was unable to be located and I would be getting refunded. Then when I go back online it says this shoe is still available in the size I previously purchased however the price has now increased by £25. I sent an email querying this and I am still awaiting a response.”

“Very small sizing, order the size up, I have never had a problem with calf sizing but could not zip these up and too small around the toes”

“I have ordered from here before so this must have been a one off. I paid for next day delivery on items but they didn't arrive, the csr did refund the delivery charge but I didn't get my boots until 3 days later. I rang several times for updates and whilst the csr' were really helpful they didn't do what they said they were going to do which was call me with an update. The experience has left a bit of a sour taste in my mouth and as such not sure if I would use them again. It's such a shame as I have got a lot of shoes/boots in the past”

“When the boots I ordered arrived there were two different boots in the box both for a right foot. When the actual order came through after sending the other one back the boots where too tight near the top of the leg and I'm a size 10/12.”

“I had these shoes marked as "notify me when on sale" and had been waiting ages for these. Finally got to order them and then a few days later I received an email telling me they're out of stock. Very disappointed and I understand these are high in demand but could the website not state they were out of stock? The email didn't even ask if I wanted to exchange them with something.”

“The ordering part is fine but I think you need to review your dispatch and delivery service I received someone else's shoes and then was advised by uk mail that I was due a delivery at a set time and nothing came! Very annoying would make me think twice about ordering from you again!”

“My order arrived promptly a day after I ordered. Opened them up to find the £100 Vivienne Westwood shoes I'd bought for my fiancé were scratched and had glue on them. They were very poorly made. I sent them back the next day and had to chase everyday after that to see what was happening. 4 days after I'd sent them back I decided to give them a call and was told they were looking at the new pair as we spoke and they would be despatched on Monday. I received an email on Wednesday saying the shoes were now out of stock and would I like to exchange them for something else. I've asked for my money back as to be honest the whole saga has been a joke. Will never use them again... Van mildert from now on I think”
