Really comfy and contemporary trainers. I've had lots of compliments on them. Only downside is the price. They feel true to size.

I bought boots which I needed to return. I found this a very simply process. I received a email acknowledging receipt of boots and that my refund was being arranged. I found this a really nice touch and great customer service

So disappointed they sent the wrong Bag even then it was Damaged. I sent it back with a exspantion and hopefully They will redeem themselves and send me the right one. I sincerely hope so as this is a very expensive present for Christmas for my daughter.

My order was cancelled by yourselves 4 days after it was paid for. After calling your customer services the only valid reason was that my delivery address was different to my billing address. How is that valid if the option is given to you in the request of where you want it sent! LUDICROUS*** Dont have the option of delivery on your website if you only want it sent to the billing address!!! So, i had to re-order, the person on the other end of the phone told me it will be sent to my office as originally requested but hey ho - it ended up at my home address instead. SHODDY SERVICE.......

Dear Lauren, Thank you for your email. I am sorry for any inconvenience that our request for additional address confirmation has caused. As is common with online retailers, verification is required that the payment card is registered at the billing address provided. Unfortunately, our system has been unable to do this automatically so we are required to obtain additional information before processing the order manually. kind regards, Chloe

Very disappointed with the service so far! There was nothing on the order form to say my goods would be delivered by courier therefore I gave a PO BOX address with which our Royal mail postmen are familier. I ordered on 4th December so some days later when the parcel hadnt arrived I looked into this. I sent several emails. One reply was that the goods had to be returned by Hermes and then redespatched to another address . Nothing has arrived so far! I telephoned your Leeds office this afternoon and spoke to Georgia who was to look into the problem and phone me back today. I told her I'd be at this number until 6.30pm but I have not yet received a call though I see that your office closes at 6pm.I would like some answers by tomorrow please? I purchased a pair of shoes for a special occasion and after wearing them for about two to three hours the heel of the shoe disintegrated and needed reheeling. I have e-mailed Daniel Footwear with photos and they don't even have the decency to reply I will never use them again.

Brought some ugg boots for my daughter absolutely beautiful, I brought the same last year in a different colour and she is still wearing them well today as her favourite footwear, delivery was in great time and arrived safe.

called in to your Cheshire Oaks store found staff very helpful did not have boots in the colour I wanted but they allowed me to try the boots on in store and they said that they could get the correct boots in 2-3 days but it was easier for me on this occasion to order on line I will definitely use DANIELS MANY THANKS

Although the delivery turned out to be longer than stated, I am very happy with my purchase. Inside the package, my order was presented nicely and even included a free gift which was a pleasant surprise. I would definitely order again.

My package never arrived it time for the reason of purchase. I got a phone call from someone to say that the package had be labelled and sent to them instead of me!! A completely random person who only was able to get in touch because of my details on the invoice inside!! I then had to collect the package from them!! Not happy at all with the service and the items are being returned to you and a full refund is wanted!
