“I ordered and PayPal verified, then a few hours later you tell me they are out of stock!!! I don't understand how this can happen. I got a successful message then a confirmation email. Unless someone there wanted them and canceled mine so they can have them, that's the only explanation. Please make sure I get my refund asap. I don't wish to wait 4 days and shouldn't have to as its your fault!!!!”

“The reviews said was a good fit for slim legs, when item arrived it was really wide in the leg. Description needs to be clearer as although it said wide fit I thought this referred to the width of the actual foot which I prefer a wider fit across the foot. I then ended up paying £14 to post back for a pair of boots I only tried on, there should be free returns or cheaper options for returns. I wont buy online with you again for this reason”

“Purchased MK bag and I was sent incorrect bag twice- selling similar bag to a picture for more money. It took second time for them to look in to a problem clearly first time no one bothered to check on this. Have been refunded 5% for the delay and inconvenience and when they figured out they are selling wrong bag offered full refund but this 5% has been deducted of my refund. Awful”

“The shoes are outstanding in general however I was a little disappointed with recent purchases. One pair had obviously been tried on as the soles were scuffed and I received an e mail after having confirmation of an order that the shoes were not available.”

“Outstanding customer service. Quickly and without fuss they arranged for a return of my Mum's shoes that didnt fit. They then honoured an expired discount when we bought a replacement pair and were beyond helpful throughout the whole process. Everything was done quickly and easily which is so refreshing these days!!!”
