“There's one issue I have. When my shoes arrived I had massive issues with FedEx not dropping the stock off! Their reason was because the box you provided me was way too big. Suggestion in future please reduce so that when customers order in future they can get on time! ????”

“Nice Ugg boots at good price. Delivery was a little confusing even when customer service tried to help. Goods eventually arrived a couple of days late.”

“I purchased the new Ugg slipper as a gift for my mother. Of course the quality of the slipper is great but the sizing is totally wrong. Due to the inside of them being so thick we had to go up two whole sizes. The Daniel measurement guide for slippers does not apply for Ugg slippers.”
