“Good choice and quick delivery. However, they really need to have a returns service option organised, such as Collect+ so the cost for returns is known. Footwear can be a risky purchase via the internet as you can't be sure the item will fit or be comfortable until you try it on, so being able to return at a reasonable cost is a must.”

“Multiple gifts did not arrive together. One has been lost in the post and unable to get my money back it has been over 5 weeks since they took my money. Rang customer services who informed me they can't do anything as they were going home...this was an hour before they closed! Shocking service”
