“I ordered a handbag for a Christmas present for my wife. Unfortunately there was only one bag left and it had suffered a couple of scratches in the warehouse. I received an email from Kristopher Collier from their customer service team explaining the situation and with photographs in case I would like to continue with the order. I spoke with Kristopher on the phone and we decided to cancel the order on this occasion. It is surprising to receive such excellent customer service, due to this we will remain loyal repeat customers.”

“Daniel Footwear were excellent when I ordered from them. The only problem I encountered was with the delivery service. They did not keep to their schedule, and when my goods were delivered they were not left in the safe place I'd requested but on my doorstep in full view. The paperwork requested was still in the safe place for them to collect...”
