“I have never taken any time to write a review but I had to on this occasion. Returned shoes TWICE (Gucinari), bought as new but shoes were poor quality and both pairs looked like they had been worn before and returned. Asked for refund. In future please ensure the quality of your shoes are up to standard before they are shipped, this whole experience has been a waste of my time and I am disappointed with the whole experience.”

“Excellent service, really quick especially as it was during the christmas period. Great quality boots....I love them! Good colour, great suede all round....Highly recommended!”

“My delivery was very prompt. I had aconfirmation email follow Up and also an email to say it was out for delivery. The only thing I would fault was no returns label I am happy to pay for postage back but there wasn't even a label.”
