“My boots arrived, they are lovely thank you. I did email you to see when they would be arriving but didn't receive a reply. But other than that everything was good. Would definitely buy from you again.”

“I'm sure these boots will be gorgeous but they are a Christmad present from my Husband even though I ordered them! They came ready wrapped in Daniel tissue so I haven't even opened the box ! Hope they fit ok! Excellent service as usual”

“I ordered a pair of size 39 brown uggs & was sent a pair of size 36 black boots. Not quite sure how the size AND colour was wrong! I must say that the returns process was very quick & easy & they exchanged them within 10 days. Quite annoyed that I didn't get any apology for their error though!!!”

“I have always received excellent service from Daniels except for most recently when i had requested my order be sent to an alternative address and it was delivered to my home address.Unfortunately, i was not there for some time as i had been away from home looking after a family member who was iil. This caused me some inconvenience. However, because of previous good relationships , i will carry on recommending and using Daniels in the future.”
