“Everything was fine with ordering, my only bug was the time of delivery took 3.5 weeks but a little unsure if the boots were coming from Europe or mainland England!! Otherwise would definitely use again... I love my boots too????”

“I have recently ordered a pair of Michael Kors boots and the delivery process was really good, they said they would arrive within 3-4 days and they come the next day of me ordering them. One thing I was a bit disappointed about was there was a couple marks on the boots witch I was not expecting as I paid £220, but as they are suede it is a very delicate material. I would order from Daniels Footwear again but I'm hoping this time there will be no marks on the shoes. I defiantly would recommend Daniels Footwear to my friends and family they are a really good service.”

“Very happy with service, went beyond in resolving why I hadn't received a certain discount. But they honored me with the said discount even though it wasnt on my particular purchase. I was very pleased as I know this was done to make me a happy customer. Also I received my item very quickly. Hassle free. Would definitely use them again and recommend to my friends.”

“Ordered 3 items only 2 have arrived the other has been despatched with Hermes but still not arrived after 7 days a poor dispatch company and when you try to track parcel web site always down I will not order any more items before Xmas as I believe there won't arrive”

“Haven't even received the boots yet....however what I will say is what a great bunch of guys they have working there. I messed up my original order twice (wrong boots & then wrong size). Both gents I spoke to, one called Aidy, didn't catch the other gents, were charismatic, understanding and willing to go that extra mile to assist sorting my order. As a chap who sorts everything last minute on-line, I wouldn't think twice about recommending this company to do business with. Great staff create a great company, and Daniel Footwear have this nailed down - Good work!! P.s. if you get an engaged tone don't panic, good companies are busy!”
