“although my order took almost two weeks to arrive, due to a 'lost' parcel that was in the hands of city link, it was eventually fulfilled and i am extremely happy with my purchase. after contacting daniel footwear to query the whereabouts of my order, i experienced excellent customer service by andrew walker. he kept me informed of the status of my shoes and after learning that they had been lost, he located another pair, extended a discount and had them sent to me within days. i would not hesitate to purchase through daniel footwear again. city link has been known to drop the ball here and there and i guess these things just happen sometimes with large volumes of deliveries. thank you for the expeditious solution of this situation. j. treat”

“Hi I recently purchased 2 pairs of boots off you, the service was excellent but unfortunately one of the boots was badly damaged on the heel which was very disappointing, I have returned it and you have refunded me, but it is still not good when a badly damaged boot leaves the stock room”

“I bought some boots online but was sent the wrong ones. I called Oliver at customer services who was very helpful. He went out of his way to track down the boots I wanted in the correct size & had them sent to your Wembley branch. There was a few delays in this happening but after around Two weeks they got them. I had to make several calls to Oliver & the branch who were quite helpful. Other than the delays in receiving the boots & the fact I was sent the wrong ones in the first place I was overall happy with the boot's & service. Regards kit”

“Arrived fairly quickly. Free P&P & free returns which is good. Would have preferred a slightly longer return time especially when you are waiting for other products from other company's so you can compare. Would use them again.”
