“Excellent service, fast delivery but odd shoes sent. However, Daniel's customer service is friendly, helpful and second to none! When I told them the fitflops were a present for a friend in Spain & we were leaving the next day, the two young ladies couldn't have been more helpful and considerate. The shoes were duly delivered in time so thank you very much for being so considerate.”

“I ordered some Cath Kidston flip flops as I have an old pair I bought years ago from Cath Kidston. I ordered some from EBay and they were clearly fake ones, thinking Your company was retributable I ordered some from yoyrselves and they were fake again the rubber smelt really strongly and the paint in them was of poor quality, they were worse then the ones I ordered from EBay. “I was very pleased with my purchases, one courier delivered on the Tuesday and the other one delivered a couple of days later. My only surprise was that two separate couriers were used - but I guess if the stock came from different outlets that would explain this.”
