“unfortunately I ordered next day delivery so I could wear the shoes but I was sent grey suede and gold instead of the white leather and gold . Invoice said what I'd ordered white and gold. So I had to pay extra for next day delivery and pay to send them back. So a costly waste of my time”

Dear Michele, Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear that are not satisfied with your order. I have had the item checked and we have white leather in stock, we have not produced grey suede. The white leather is a soft leather that is not a bright white, but slightly off white so this may be where the confusion lies. If this is not the case then please do let us know. If you are not happy with your order we can offer you a free return and refund your order in full. If you have already sent your order back to us, please send us the postage receipt and we will reimburse you for this. I will put a note on your order so that your original next day postage cost will be refunded also. I apologise for any inconvenience caused and I look forward to hearing from you. “Shoes I ordered were too small so ordered the next size up. These came from a shop (which I think you should notify customers of as one shoe was bigger from being tried on) in Hale and I ended up with odd shoes (not even in the same size). The store were ridiculously rude when I called them. Thankfully the customer service team were fantastic and sorted it all out for me. I complained at the time which resulted in a 25% reduction of the shoes so all in all, thanks to CS, I'm really happy with the end result and will be back. :-)”

“Shoes are great. But I wish you wouldn't use City Link. They are dreadful. They only call twice, they ignore your attempts to reschedule delivery , they are almost impossible to get through to on the phone and their "local" depot is a two hour round trip.”

“The worst store ever. Purchased shoes for my girlfriend to wear at a wedding last weekend. Opted for 48hr delivery. They came in 72 hours. The shoe box was heavily damaged and inside was a pair of 2nd hand shoes. We contacted you straight away via email with photos of the shoes. We heard nothing back until the Monday so my Girlfriend had no time /options but to wear the shoes. We have since been told to return the shoes but that would leave us with the same problem, no shoes to match the outfit for another function we have to attend next weekend. I have since been offered a 10% refund. So in effect I tried to purchase a pair of brand new shoes for £X. Instead I've ended up with a pair of 2nd hand shoes( clearly no good to you) for £X minus 10%. Very disgruntled customer and I will never use your store again. Mr Johnny Howden”

All our orders should be quality checked before they are sent out to a customer so I apologise if this had not been done, this has been taken up with the relevant staff. Our Customer Services Team are available Monday to Friday 9am-6pm, so unfortunately your email was not answered until Monday. We asked you to return the shoes to us for a full refund or exchange, however the shoes had already been worn so we offered a discount of 10% based on the photos that had been sent to us. “Service great but these shoes are lethal. So comfy normally have been deceived into wearing them to an event today. Every bit of slightly uneven ground is sending me over on my ankle because the elastic uppers do not give enough support. Great on Pavements.”
