“Couldn't provide one of the items I purchased in the size I'd ordered so when I received an email I phoned contact number and left a message to try to order another size. No response from telephone call so had to re order and pay another postage to obtain change in size. Otherwise happy with service.”

Dear Adisa, Thank you for your feedback, Obtaining proof of address is unfortunately a part of company policy to help us protect ourselves an our customers and stop fraud. All customers will be emailed as soon as it becomes apparent that a proof of address or address verification may be necessary, so i apologise if an email to this effect was never received. Any customers who do find they have issues with proof of address when ordering, would be advised to try using a different method of payment, such as paying via Amazon, as customers usually find that ordering via Amazon cuts out any verification problems previously experienced. “Brilliant service from Daniel. My Fitflop Flare Slides in Pebble are beautiful and I've had loads of compliments about them. I would highly recommend Daniel and will definitely use them again. Free postage was a bonus and I received them super quickly.”

“On recently purchasing a pair of fitflops from you I was most impressed on how easy it was, having never ordered anything before off the Internet. I rang to track my order after a few days and was very impressed with the helpfulness of one of your colleagues on the phone. He range the couriers and confirmed they were being collected that day and would be delivered the next day. They duly arrived and I am very happy with my purchase. Many thanks.”

“I wanted a pair of FitFlops for my daughter's birthday. Saw the perfect ones on Daniel Footwear web site. Saved about £20 on the normal price, they were delivered free of charge. I received them in perfect condition by CityLink at the time stated. All in all a very satisfactory experience, plus my daughter is absolutely delighted.”
