“I ordered a pair of sandals for my mum, the sandals were beautiful and comfortable. The communication via teh internet was excellent including the price but what exceeded our expectations was the delivery time and communication regarding the delivery was excellent. I would definately recommend using daniel footwear.”

“These didn't fit me very well at all so I have returned them. However I am STILL waiting for a refund from Daniels. Not very happy with this service at all!”

Dear Kate, Thank you for your review. If you have sent your order back using our free returns label, this is a 2nd class service and can take up to a week to be delivered to us. Once received we aim to process it within 48 hours. If you are worried please send me the tracking barcode from your post office receipt and I may be able to process it earlier for you. “Daniel footwear had in stock my UGG wedges that I had tried on in John Lewis but they didn't have my size. They arrived really quickly, and the courier called to confirm the address they were being delivered to rather than simply returning them to the depot as often happens. All in all - great, and would buy from them again.”

“I would like to say that I was very happy with the product and the packaging but dissapointed with the courier. I received email saying when the goods should be delivered, on that day, I had no parcel so went onto the courier website where the status said out for delivery, so I thought it must be with me the next day, so I thought to myself ok not a big deal at all, but another comes and no parcel and no card through the door. The third day I went to check with my neighbours and they had my parcel confirming it came on the first day. So all this time, the parcel was delivered the right time but website wasn't updated correctly and mainly, courier didn't let me know that they have actually delivered it and where they left it, so total nightmare tracking my parcel down. Also I wanted to contact the seller directly by phone but couldn't find a number on the website and the email response time is too long if you have any issues. Regards Lucy”

Dear Lucie, Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear that you have had these issues with our courier. A card should have been left to inform you that your parcel had been left with a neighbor. If you have any problems or worries with regards to the delivery please do call us and we will try to resolve the problem for you. As the sender we are able to acquire up to date information regarding your delivery upon request. This does not excuse the fact that our courier did not update their information so I apologise for this. “On the website it specified that the shoes were leather. When I received them the shoes were gorgeous, however I am very sceptical that the shoes are leather! They don't smell of leather and I do believe that they are actually faux leather/synthetic. I little disappointed.”

“I bought the Fly London Trin toe post low wedge sandal in tan recently and I've only removed them to get into bed! The design is so comfy and sturdy, due to the fab grip on the sole. The leather is soft and beautiful and the brass buckle looks great - I will be wearing these all summer and may even buy a pair in another colour. The service from Daniel was quick and I cannot recommend these sandals highly enough.”
