“Brilliant service yet again! Wanted a pair of Michael Kors flip flops for my daughter but couldn't find any anywhere on the Web! Put in an email request if they came back into stock & got a reply a few days later to say they had found a pair in the warehouse in the size I required, rang up, paid for them & they arrived in a few days.! Definitely use again!”

“Very poor was gonna order a huge amount tomorrow for holiday but I ordered 2 items after taking the money out my bank 2 days later told me one wasent in stock and took 7 days to refund me and when my item come it was all marked and everything I'm talking a 100pound bag”

Dear Chad, Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear that you are not happy with the service provided. Unfortunately when a payment is refunded it can take between 3-5 working days. This depends on the customers bank and unfortunately it is out of our control. The remaining items on your order should have been quality checked, so if you are not satisfied with the quality of the item you have received I sincerely apologise. We will take this up with the store involved as it should not have been sent to you. If you would like to keep the bag I may be able to offer you a discount. “I had already left a review but here goes, Very impressed with the whole transaction from placing my order to being kept informed on despatch. Arrived very quickly and there was a bank holiday from placing order to receiving it. Would definitely recommend your firm (already have to friends). Love the fit flops . Well done. “Hi The shoes are lovely and came in perfect condition, however I need to send them back and order the next size up. It says in the packaging to check your website for returns but under returns there is nothing there. Could you advise me of your procedure to send the shoes back and order the next size up. “Very poor service from Daniel.I ordered a bag for my daughters b.day and despite paying additional £4.99 the bag arrived a day late and this was after several phone calls. When it finally arrived it was well packaged. Do not pay £4.99 for express postage as this does not happen.”
