Dear Hans, Thank you for your review. I believe you have now received your dispatch email with your tracking details. Our international orders are shipped as quickly as possible however please note with most international orders there is a handling time on top of the shipping timeframe once the parcel is with our courier. Handling timeframes are usually between 2-6 working days, this process is to allow the products to be returned to our head office from our stores so they can be despatched with a separate courier. “Hermes 're directed parcel so it took much longer than expected on delivery,phoned to chase with Daniels but no reply so had to leave an answer phone message with my telephone number but no one rang me back,not v good customer service,eventually recs goods all packaged really nicely,so as part from Hermes and not being phoned back all good.”

Dear Hayley, Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear that you were not contacted after leaving a voicemail. Unfortunately we did not receive this so I will investigate this further with our phone system. I have checked your tracking and your parcel was mis-routed leading to a 24 hour delay. We were not informed of this so I will escalate this issue with our courier. “I ordered a pair of shoe and paid for next day delivery so that I had them in time for my nieces communion. After placing the order and changing the delivery address to my work address as I wouldn’t be home to wait for the parcel I got an email a few hours later telling me my order could not be processed because my billing address wasn’t the same as my delivery address. I don’t know why it gives the option to change the delivery address if it is then going to be denied. After several emails back and forth trying to resolve the issue and asking for them to go head and deliver for my billing address I was told that this could not be processed and I had to cancel the order and try again. This meant having to wait several days for my payment to be returned which in turn meant that I could not purchase the shoes in time for the event required.”

Dear Paula, Thank you for your review. I am so sorry to hear that this has happened and that you have been inconvenienced by this situation. Our payment system runs a series of fraud checks to enable us to send our orders out securely. When ordering through PayPal, the addresses that you use need to be verified with PayPal. If they are not able to verify the address then we are required to contact you and ask for proof of address before we proceed with your order. These measures are taken in line with our payment processor’s guidelines and for the protection of our customers as well as our own. In this instance your order came through with your delivery address as your billing address. This address had not been verified with PayPal so we contacted you requesting proof of address. Unfortunately we are not able to change the address on PayPal orders as the new address has not been processed through the system. Our only option is to cancel the order as it stands and re-place it with the correct information. I am aware that your billing address changed to your delivery address whilst using PayPal at check out, so I will look into this matter so that it does not happen again. I am not aware of this happening before so I sincerely apologise for this technical difficulty. “The service from Daniel Footwear was excellent, I received a 'confirmation of order' email straight after I'd ordered the boots and was kept informed of the parcel's tracking to my door. The item itself was wonderful, fabulously packaged. I usually order Jimmy Choo or Louboutin shoes/boots but these are amazing value for money, a quality item. I would definitely shop with them again.”
