“Was beginning to think they had been lost! Received lots today! The box was damaged, but goods inside appear ok. Unfortunately they are too small and I will have to return them to you!!, I will hopefully be able to get a uk size 38, fingers crossed they might even fit!!”

Dear Wendy, Thank you for your review. I apologise for the late reply, we have been having some technical issues with our review system. I'm sorry to hear that your box was damaged in transit. We make sure that all our orders are packaged in a box so that the footwear inside is not damaged. If you receive your order and the box and the goods inside are damaged please do let us know so that we can escalate the matter with our couriers. I have checked your order and I can see that we were out of stock of the size 38 when you returned your order for exchange. At this time of year some winter styles do go out of stock but we will be receiving some more Ugg boots at the end of August. “Love the shoes just what I wanted, but you may need to rethink your delivery service they called yesterday 7th May and left a card offering a service to arrange delivery next day I then phoned and went online but was unable to do anything so I had to re-arrange my day to be here to receive the parcel because their delivery time was from 7.30 - 5.30 they did in fact call around 9o/clock so all my re-arranging was not needed, if I hadn't been here I would have had a 50mile round trip. Please look at good old Royal Mail who would have left it with my neighbour or called back before end of delivery and if left a note I could go the my nearest office just 2 miles away. The delivery man was very pleasant so no problem there. Loved Shoes thank you”

“Very good only point is that i have a daniel credit note and couldn't use it on line to make my purchase!! Also I never got the £1 credit on my foods for liking Daniel on Facebook as promised”

“Ordered some Ash boots with a discount code so managed to get money off as well as free delivery. Shoes came within 2 days. Excellent service & fab shoes too!”

“I placed a first order and found the process easy to do. I received emails confirming my order and also with a reference number so that I could trace the order if necessary. My sandals arrived promptly, and when I needed to exchange them because they didn't fit and I wanted to check some details re the exchange and or refund process, I was able to call and speak to someone (Jess Stead) who was very helpful; top marks for customer services, and for actually being able to speak to someone rather than just email etc. The sandals were beautifully wrapped and well packaged. I was very pleased with everything and would use this company again.”

Most of our stock is pulled from store, so we rely on their stock count being correct. We are required to have a minimum amount of stock available for the website so that any discrepancies do not affect our online customers. “Excellent shoes, perfect and exactly as they looked on the website (I know that's obvious but sometimes things do not turn out as good as they looked). I paid for next day delivery and they duly arrived the next morning. All in all I was delighted with the product and the service.”

“The price is amazing. I bought fly shoes for £49.99 on this site and everywhere they cost £85.00. But they send the wrong colour of shoes, but I still like them. I would definitely recommend this site.”

“Efficient service in letting me know that the style and size I wanted had been located and very helpful staff when I phoned to place my order which was sent out straight away. Unfortunatley the carrier is City Link which I try to avoid. This is because they only attempt delivery twice. If you are not in the first day they come back the second day if that is not a weekend or bank holiday but do not give a time. After that you have to go to the depot and collect it yourself. The nearest depot to me is some 20 miles away making around trip of 40 miles.”
