Dear Nevenka, Thank you for your review. We contacted you via email on the 16th June requesting a proof of address as the billing address on the order did not match the card you were using. Unfortunately we did not receive a proof of address from you so we regrettably had to cancel and refund your order. You were sent an email confirmation of this too. “I bought these FitFlops from Daniel Footwear under instructions from my wife and the Daniel website ordering process couldn't have been easier. My wife informs me that every aspect of the pricing, packaging, delivery and the FitFlops themselves were 100% perfect and couldn't have been improved upon by Daniel Footwear in any way at all. The shoes themselves are superbly manufactured, attractive and of very high quality and the service from Daniel Footwear was absolutely faultless. Super-fast delivery, neatly, attractively and comprehensively packaged and all at an incredibly competitive price. We would definitely use Daniel Footwear again and we would highly recommend Daniel Footwear AND FitFlops to all!”

“The flip flops were delivered by the courrier but I was not in, they did not leave a card so I contacted Daniels to trace my order, I eventually collected them from depo and was disappointed with the quality, one pair had gone yellow in the sun, this was so obvious, I'm embarrassed they send it out and it cosy me more to sent something back which was faulty. I don't think I will ever shop on this website again.”

Dear Shahnaz, Thank you for your review. All our orders should be quality checked before they are sent out to a customer. This has clearly not been done so we will be taking this up with the relevant staff. The courier if they attempt delivery should leave a calling card stating when they will re-attempt delivery and supply you with a number to contact them on. If you are experiencing any issues with either the courier or the quality of your order, please do get in touch with our Customer Service Team and we will do our best to resolve the issue for you. If you are needing to return an item due to poor quality or an error on our part, we will provide you with a free returns label. I have noticed that this order has not been returned to us yet. “Great shoes, but I paid £7.50 for postage to France, it took 18 days from order to delivery, which is completely unacceptable, and required delivery by a white van. Why not use the post? Would have cost less and been quicker. Unfortunately this means I would not buy from Daniel again.”

Dear Julia, Thank you for your feedback and apologies you experienced such a delay with receiving your order, With International orders there is an internal handling time, which can be up to 4 days as we have to transfer stock from our stores to our head office. From there delivery times vary, but to France it should be 3-4 working days with our courier. We will certainly examine what caused such a delay and the extended internal handing time prior to dispatch that your order experienced, and why it took so long to get to you. With regards the courier, we use TNT post to courier all our international parcels, and they sub-contract to local couriers in the country of destination. “Daniel Footwear was very quick to take my money. It's been well over a week and I am still without the shoes I purchased. So they have my money and I have nothing. No phone call, no apology. I will be quick to go now to the ombudsman to explore how I can expose this poor service and make sure no one else is ripped off by these charlatans and incompetents.”

Dear Christine, Thank you for your feedback. Firstly, apologies that you have had such a problem with your order, I believe your husband was in contact with my colleague Laura until recently regarding this parcel. There was a specific issue with your order, that did our utmost to resolve as quickly as we could, but delays meant that we could not resolve the issue as swiftly as we would have liked. Your order was dispatched on the same day that it was placed, but unfortunately through no fault of our own a courier error meant that this was cross labelled and received by another customer. As soon as we became aware of this, an email was sent explaining the situation. Usually, in this scenario, a replacement pair would have been dispatched to you the following day, but unfortunately the one that had been sent was the last pair in the company, which meant we had to wait to receive it back before we could send it on to you, which was unfortunately the cause of the major delay. I am aware that this will have tested your patience and shaken your confidence in using our company in the future, but i can assure you that every step was taken to try to ensure that you received the item as quickly as possible. A partial refund had already been agreed during the time your husband was in contact, and now a full refund for the remaining amount has been actioned for you. “I like the website, the products are good quality and the bargains are good value. They could be clearer about the delivery options as I have had problems when trying to arrange a delivery to an alternative address due to not being at hime during the day. Flexible options to include a work address or delivery on weekends or at a pickup locker would be good.”
