“I needed to return due to ordering wrong size ,spoke to Louise and she couldn't have been any more helpful,nothing was too much trouble wonderful customer service, have ordered twice more since and am waiting for notification for next item to be in stock”

“Every experience with Daniel Footwear has been spot on. One pair of boots I ordered came a day late then expected ,I paid next day delivery on the order so this was automatically refunded.The refund on these boots was within 2 days of dropping them back to store ( Stanmore) I had previously visited one of your shops in Stanmore where the I purchased 2 pairs of boots and the service was brilliant , so friendly and helpful. Cannot recommend this place enough , great footwear and perfect service .”

“I recently purchased a pair of boots on sale for £79.99, instead of the original price of£159. The boots arrived quickly and were packaged well. One of the boots looked slightly as if it had been worn as a tester shoe. Not noticeable once on, so I kept the boots. Would not have paid £159 for them but was happy with the price paid.”
