“Shoes were not in stock but appeared to be on website! Now I have been asked to submit a review... on the plus side DF got back to me to tell me they had no stock and gave me a refund.”

“I ordered three pairs of shoes, one pair is satisfactory, but unfortunately I have to return two pairs. I now have to pay postage of 12.00 to return the two pairs of shoes, or take the them to Newcastle to a Daniel shop. I am 78 years of age and have difficulty with mobility. I will not be purchasing any more shoes from Daniel due to cost of returning if they are not suitable.”
