“Ordered the shoes and they arrived within the week... To rural Australia! Sensational service. It is good to note however (for your information) that the Fitflop shoes run a half size 'small' so, best to order a 9 for a usual 8.5 Thanks!”

“I saw a jacket I liked at one of the Larizia stores in St. John's Wood. I should have bought the jacket then and there, but I didn't. Once home (in another country) I called the store and asked to purchase the jacket. Joy, one of the store staff, was kind enough to send me a picture of the jacket to make sure it was the one I had seen. Then, she held it for me until I could make payment for the jacket. Rachael in customer service was lovely to deal with. She completed the sale quickly and efficiently. I have purchased shoes at this store in the past and always found the staff polite and helpful. Very nice quality items!”

“These boots are so comfortable. Ordered from the US. Payed 30 dollars for shipping but were still way cheaper than buying here. Wrote to Daniel several times with questions and then could not have been more helpful!”
