“Generally good quality products. Delivery speed variable. Took 5 working days last time which is more than they promise. When it arrived box was battered but boots inside were perfect.”

“Unfortunately on this occasion one of my order went out of stock and the other came as odd sizes which was sent back and i was fully refunded promptly. The customer services were very helpful and quick to respond and for that I give them 4 star.”

We do try our best to keep our stock as accurate as possible by doing monthly stock takes but unfortunately discrepancies do still occur every so often. “Excellent: super quick delivery, good communication on when item dispatched and tracking info. Packaging a bit bashed but probably due to delivery company, boots perfect. Cheapest price on internet for these boots. First time I've used Daniel Footwear and will use again”

“I paid for next day delivery and as I ordered by 7.30am I expected to receive my order the following day but it didn't arrive until the day after, unfortunately I don't this warrants next day service”
