Dear Leanne, Thank you for your email. I am sorry to hear that the item you ordered was not what you were expecting. When ordering a sale item and you need to return it you unfortunately do need to pay to return which can be a bit pricey. If you need to return a sale item to us in the future we do have 30 stores/ outlets round the UK and if you have a Daniel shop local to you, you can return the order there free of charge. “I was contacted the day after placing my order to be informed that the item I ordered wasn't available.afternexplaining tho the man on the fone that I was so disappointed as I had been searching for weeks for the style and size,and had stumbled across a si that said there was one left so jumped at the chance to buy them straight away.he said he could tell that I really wanted the boots so he said he would call me back after he had made a few enquiries.within 20minutes he rang me back to say he had located a pair in my size.i was over the moon.they arrived very quickly and I love them.this is customer service at its best and many other companies could benefit from somes lessons from Daniel Footwear,I would definitely recommend their boots and their site.many thanks to whoever the guy was that rang me.yoy made me one happy lady????????????”

“Had to send an item back for bigger size! I was very impressed with the customer service team who offered to phone one of there stores to advise me on the best size to order! It was a delight to deal with someone who had such a lovely manner and was interested in making sure I purchased the right size. Very happy customer!”

“VERY DISAPOINTED WITH THE DELIVERY SERVICE. ORDER ON THURSDAY AND PAID FOR NEXT DELIVERY BEFORE THE CUT OFF TIME FOR THIS SERVICE. RECEIVED A TELEPHONE CALL FROM DANIELS TO SAY THEY COULD NOT DELIVER NEXT DAY AND REFUNDED MY PAYMENT FOR NEXT DAY SERVICE CONFIRMING I WOULD THEN RECIEVE MY ORDER ON MONDAY. RECIEVED TEXT FROM DELIVERY FIRM CONFIRMING THIS. MY PARCEL DID NOT ARRIVE, PHONED DANIELS ON TUESDAY THEY CONFIRMED I WOULD RECIEVE MY ORDER ON TUESDAY ... STILL DID NOT ARRIVE ... I FINALLY RECEIVED THEM ON WEDNESDAY ... I HAD THE ORDER DELIVERED TO MY WORK ADDRESS AND THE ORDER CAME TO ME WITH A COMPLETLEY DELIVERY NAME ON THE ORDER THAN MINE ... HAPPY WITH MY ORDER BUT I THINK THEY NEED TO REASSES THERE COURIER SERVICES”
