“Sent wrong size, and guy on phone kept telling me they didn't do a 42 yet I was holding them in my hand. Had to ask for free return label. Now been a week since returned trainers and been advised it will be a further four to five days before I get replacements. Not impressed.”

“Wasn't sure the order had been placed there may have been an issue with the web site.rang you the following day for confirmation and was told the order was taken but with no payment which was with Pay pal. It may be worth checking this out. As regards the product my wife is well satisfied Thank you”

“Hello, I recently ordered two pairs of Bonham Ugg Boots in the black and tan, I received both, a slight issue that I didn't realise that they where not going to be delivered at the same time, but I spoke to the customer service team who where great and explained that I would receive the delivery of the tan boots the day after. I do have a problem with the Tan Boots that I have, the left boot is a lot smaller than the right boot. I wore the black bonham boots yesterday and they are fine in the same size as the tan. It is as if the left boot is not the same width as the right. I drove to work in the boots this morning and my foot is bright red from a 15 minute drive. I have attached images of the boots as you can see a difference in the width of the boot. Is there anything that you can do to resolve this? I am able to move my toes freely in the right boot but in the left I struggle to move my feet? Is this an issue that I need to raise with Ugg? I would appreciate your feedback. Kind Regards Helen”

“I have been looking for nice plain slim fitting boots for ages, dragged my partner all around London but no success, then I remembered Daniels, there used to be a shop in nearby St. Albans and I brought loads of shoes from ere, also a couple online, and have always been extremely happy with my purchases, always fitting perfectly and made beautifully. Found the perfect pair of boots on your website, in the sale too, just needed to know the width of the top of the boot so asked my question and got a very quick response with all the details I needed, ordered my boots and they arrived a couple of days later beautifully packaged and, as usual, a perfect fit! Thank you Daniels - your web site is so easy to use and polite helpful staff. I've had so many comments about how lovely my boots are so am recommending you to all my friends and family”
