“Wonderful Fly boots and very helpful customer service provided. Just a shame I found the online system impossible. The Easter "banner" hid the registration bit so I had to order via the phone.”

“My sister was looking for a particular sandal for a wedding We looked in all shoe shops locally farther afield but couldn't find what she wanted. We found your website by chance and found exactly what she wanted and they are lovely Delivery was within 2/3days from I placed the order Would love to order more shoes /sandals again but a bit prices Overall I was very impressed”

“I have ordered shoes twice from you and both times they are on the small side. I am a size 7 and never have this problem anywhere else. It is as if they are a size down. The scarves were OK for the reduced price but would not have paid the full price as the edging on both was not finished on them and I had to tidy them up. Also I do not agree with your policy of no free returns on sale items as this kind of situation is the manufacturers fault not mine. I ordered in good faith, but will be reluctant to purchase shoes again from you.”
