“Still waiting for them to arrive delivery company are awful I work full time twice they came left me a card with no details on, I've had to use3 different telephone numbers to reschedule delivery and ask for my purchase to be left with a neighbour very poor communication”

“I found this company excellent to buy from. My first boots were too small but there was no problem in returning them and re-ordering a larger size. The email I received from Kristofer Collier couldn't have been more helpful. Thank you Kristofer. I shall certainly keep Daniel Footwear in mind the next time I look for footwear.”

“I paid £4.99 for next working day delivery - this was on a Saturday as I wanted to receive on the Monday. I received a text on the Sunday saying footwear would arrive on Tuesday. My extra payment WAS refunded but didn't get them when I wanted which was more important to me.”

“Ordered Ugg boots, which were lovely but the wrong colour! Rang customer services and explained that we needed the boots for a trip in a few days time. They were marvellous and sorted the problem straight away and the correct boots arrived in record time.”

“Not very happy shoes arrived having been incorrectly sized from US to EURO/UK ! Had to return as one size too big . I would have expected more customer care other than you have to return them first before we can send you another pair ?? Especially when it was no error of my own doing . All I can say is it's a good job I didn't want them for a special occasion and quickly ! £175 is a lot of money to pay for this to happen.”

“I have placed an order for the first time last month just to receive an email the next day saying the product wasn't in stock ... Of course the payment had been taken and it took another 3-4 days to come back on my acount... Maybe payment should only be taken when the order is dispatched such as a lot of your competitiors! I am really not impressed as I was looking forward to receiving this product. I will definitely think twice before ordering again and don't count on me to recommend your site.”

“Absolutely love these boots. I have real problems getting boots that are wide enough for my calves (and I'm not overweight). I needed a heal on my wellies as I have pain in my calves when I wear completely flat shoes/boots. These are ideal, and for a wellie they are really flattering. Well worth the money the most comfortable pair of wellies I've ever had.”
