“Very impressed with the service and the presentation of my delivery was impeccable, probably the best I've had. Ugg boots and gloves are perfect. Will definitely use again and recommend to everyone. I'm one very happy customer.”

“Boots arrived within a couple of days of order which was great, lovely quality. I chose them particularly as I have slim legs and most boots are too wide at the top, these fit perfectly.”

“I asked for a specific day for delivery, and this was exactly as requested. Sadly the shoes were too big( although I already had Ash shoes in the same size but different style. I was slightly taken aback when realised I had to pay the return postage - but that was my own fault. I should have read the delivery and returns policy! Very helpful male sales assistant helped me initially with my order.”

“I didn't realise that returns on sale items had to be paid for, therefore, considering that cost (£12.98) and the original cost (£3.99) of delivery to me I have decided to go back to the high street for footwear purchases. I was informed that I would be reimbursed the £3.99 original delivery charge to me as goodwill gesture and was provided with a free returns form to use against future purchases. Maybe the returns policy should be more visible.”

“Two odd boots sent. Sent back quickly but replacement not sent for best part of a month. Eventually had to contact about 7-8 times as did not arrive for a birthday on 17 Dec nor for Christmas and eventually got them in Jan 2016. Was promised to have postage refunded by one person as I had to travel into town to return the two odd boots but this is now being ignored and they do not even bother to reply. Tried to make me pay for another pair of the same boots to get them quicker. Very, very dodgy and poor customer service from Daniel Footwear. Avoid at all costs.”

“Quality products and designer numbers which are affordable (for me anyway) when the sales are on.... was gutted to miss out on a Michael Kors bag which was paid for, and then told that it was not in stock, website should say out of stock and not allow customers to checkout online! Was refunded in full. Apart from that, one happy customer, would shop here again.”
